Atty. Arnold A. Apdua, CPA

The Name Behind the Firm
Behind AAA and Co., CPAs, a firm named after the initials of its Managing Partner, Atty. Arnold A. Apdua, is leadership founded on experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of Philippine tax administration. The firm is guided by Atty. Apdua’s extensive background in both government service and private practice, which shapes a disciplined, client-focused, and practical approach to tax and business advisory.
With a couple of decades of meaningful experience in tax practice, including seven years as a Revenue Officer of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and over a decade as a tax practitioner, Atty. Apdua brings deep regulatory insight and extensive professional grounding to the firm. He is also the founder of Bizmaker Tax and Accounting Consultancy Services and previously practiced as a tax lawyer with Quasha, Ancheta, Peña and Nolasco Law Office.
Atty. Apdua has served as a professor at the University of the East and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, teaching accounting and taxation. He is also an active resource speaker for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, having delivered hundreds of hours of tax seminars and lectures over the years for leading professional organizations and institutions such as the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Asian Institute of Taxation (AIT), the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI), the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP), the Philippine Association of Management Accountants (PAMA), the University of Asia and the Pacific, PowerMax Consulting Group, Indu Inferentia Training Center, IAM Training Center, Moores Rowland Philippines, and various auditing firms.
Throughout his career, Atty. Apdua has been a strong advocate for tax awareness and responsible compliance, helping businesses and professionals navigate regulatory requirements with clarity and confidence.
